What can fit into a one-week launch?
Fast delivery works best when everyone agrees on a small, useful first release. This guide helps you prepare for NTG’s one-week delivery offer for focused websites and mobile app scopes.
Choose one business outcome
Start with the action the first release should support: a visitor submitting an enquiry, a customer finding your service information or a staff member completing a specific task. Prioritise the screens and content required for that action. Put optional features on a later-release list.
Prepare decisions before the build starts
Provide approved copy, brand assets, contact details, page requirements and a single person who can make decisions. For an app or web application, agree the users, screens, business rules and necessary data. Unresolved decisions add time even when development itself moves quickly.
Review external dependencies
Payments, sign-in providers, messaging tools and existing software may need account access, configuration or approval. Identify those dependencies in advance. A working prototype using agreed sample data is different from a fully connected production system; specify which result you need.
Separate development from store review
For a mobile app, development delivery and public app-store availability are separate milestones. Store accounts, policy requirements and review timelines can affect publication. For a website, domain access and hosting configuration must also be ready. Agree who owns each step.
Agree what done means
Write a short acceptance list covering required pages or screens, key user flows, supported platforms and handover materials. Decide how reviews will happen during the week. Record change requests so everyone understands when a new feature changes the delivery plan.
Use the first release to learn
After launch, review whether visitors can complete the intended action and what questions users raise. Prioritise improvements based on that feedback. A first release creates a foundation; it does not need to include every feature the business might eventually want.
Discuss whether your idea qualifies
Send NTG your main goal, required screens or pages, integrations, available content and preferred launch date. We will assess whether the scope fits the one-week offer or needs a longer plan. The delivery clock begins after the agreed scope and required inputs are ready.
